David Yadidi

Attorney David Yadidi is licensed to practice law in California, Nevada, and Florida.
Mr. Yadidi is a Florida State University College of Law graduate with an emphasis in litigation based curriculum and was awarded a distinguished pro bono award. He received a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from California State University at Northridge.
He is admitted to practice law before the United States District-Central District, 9th Circuit, Florida Bar, California Bar, and Nevada Bar. Mr. Yadidi is an experienced trial attorney and engages in civil litigation, including personal injury, wrongful death actions and appellate practice.
Mr. Yadidi has contributed his time to the Innocence Project, headed by Barry Scheck at Benjamin N. Cordozo School of Law in successfully preparing appellate motions for DNA testing, preservation and comparison of DNA evidence in criminal murder cases in the State of Florida. Consequently, several innocent individuals have been cleared of wrongdoing as a result of the Innocence Project.
David Yadidi has litigated on thousands of personal injury cases, which resulted in millions of dollars in judgments and settlements.
Mr. Yadidi recently succeeded in obtaining a $2,100,000 judgment in Northern California.
